I NEED TO CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER

If you would like to inquire about making changes to or cancelling your order, you can contact us via email or fill our form on our Contact Us page. Include “Order Cancellation/Change” in your email subject line as well as your order number. Orders cannot be cancelled if the order has already been packed or fulfilled.

MY ORDER ARRIVED INCORRECTLY

We are diligent in making sure all orders leave us with the correct items. If we have made an error, please shoot us an email with your full name, purchase order number, and the name of the item missing from your package. 

I’m not satisfied with my order, what do i do?

We take our customer’s satisfaction very seriously so you can shop with us in confidence. If you aren’t 100% satisfied, email us or fill out the form on our Contact page. We’ll do everything we can to make it right..

Shipping

 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Alternatively, you can view your tracking info under the Track Your Order page in My Account.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We process orders and make shipments twice a week – Monday and Wednesday. Orders made on Monday will arrive Friday the same week latest and orders made on Wednesday will arrive Monday the following week latest. We aim to ship all items on-time, but in rare cases it can take longer. In some cases, there are factors outside our control such as weather issues or courier issues that may delay your package.

Local deliveries usually will be delivered by the next day of ordering!

what are the shipping costs?

To calculate the shipping for your order, continue through checkout to the Delivery stage. All available shipping methods and fees will be updated according to your Zip/Postal Code.

do you ship to po boxes?

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to PO boxes.

I CANCELLED MY ORDER BEFORE THE PROCESSING CUT OFF, WHEN CAN I SEE MY REFUND?

It will take 2-7 banking days for the refund to reflect to the payment method used.
